Quantity:
100 μL
Unit Size:
100µL
Description
Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (82%), Rat (82%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-58703 (PA5-58703. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
UNC45A, also named as SMAP1, acts as co-chaperone for HSP90. UNC45A prevents the stimulation of HSP90AB1 ATPase activity by AHSA1. It is a positive factor in promoting PGR function in the cell. It is necessary for proper folding of myosin and necessary for normal cell proliferation, normal myotube formation and myosin accumulation during muscle cell development. UNC45A plays a role in erythropoiesis in stroma cells in the spleen.
