Quantity:
100 μL
Unit Size:
100µL
Description
Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (27%), Rat (27%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-64083 (PA5-64083. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
UL16-binding protein 3 (ULBP3) is an extended member of the MHC class I superfamily. It does not contain the alpha 3 domain and lacks a transmembrane domain. ULBP3 binds and activates the KLRK1/NKG2D receptor and mediates natural killer cell cytotoxicity.
