Invitrogen™ Human TRIM45 (aa 200-278) Control Fragment Recombinant Protein
Quantity:
100 μL
Unit Size:
100µL
Description
Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (85%), Rat (85%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-56420 (PA5-56420. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
TRIM45 is a member of the tripartite motif family. It may function as a transcriptional repressor of the mitogen-activated protein kinase pathway. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described. TRIM45 belongs to a family of tripartite motif (TRIM) proteins that play important roles in a variety of cellular functions, including cell proliferation, differentiation, development, oncogenesis, and apoptosis.
