This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-53473 (PA5-53473. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.

TREML1 is located in a gene cluster on chromosome 6 with the single Ig variable domain activating receptors TREM1 and TREM2, but it has distinct structural and functional properties. TREML1 enhances calcium signaling in an SHP2 -dependent manner.
