Quantity:
100 μL
Unit Size:
100µL
Description
Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (95%), Rat (95%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-64938 (PA5-64938. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
Involved in the regulation of endosome-to-lysosome trafficking, including endocytic trafficking of EGF-EGFR complexes and GABA-A receptors. Involved in mitochondrial motility. When O-glycosylated, abolishes mitochondrial motility. Crucial for recruiting OGT to the mitochondrial surface of neuronal processes. TRAK1 and RHOT form an essential protein complex that links KIF5 to mitochondria for light chain-independent, anterograde transport of mitochondria.
