Quantity:
100 μL
Unit Size:
100µL
Description
Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (64%), Rat (64%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-67320 (PA5-67320. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
SRMS (Srm) is a tyrosine protein kinase (SRC sub-family) that may be involved in the proliferation and differentiation of keratinocytes. Non-receptor tyrosine-protein kinase which phosphorylates DOK1 on tyrosine residues. Also phosphorylates KHDRBS1/SAM68 and VIM on tyrosine residues. Phosphorylation of KHDRBS1 is EGF-dependent.
