Quantity:
100 μL
Unit Size:
100µL
Description
Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (97%), Rat (97%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-58944 (PA5-58944. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
RTRAF (C14orf166) is an RNA-binding protein involved in modulation of mRNA transcription by Polymerase II (PubMed:16950395). Component of the tRNA-splicing ligase complex and is required for tRNA ligation (PubMed:24870230). May be required for RNA transport (PubMed:24608264).
