Description
Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (95%), Rat (95%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-51813 (PA5-51813. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
Members of the RGS (regulator of G protein signaling) family, such as RGS6, modulate G protein function by activating the intrinsic GTPase activity of the alpha (guanine nucleotide-binding) subunits (Seki et al., 1999 [PubMed 10083744]).
