Quantity:
100 μL
Unit Size:
100µL
Description
Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (90%), Rat (90%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-60808 (PA5-60808. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
Pseudouridylate synthases catalyze pseudouridination of structural RNAs, including transfer, ribosomal, and splicing RNAs. PUS10 catalyzes the formation of the universal psi55 in the GC loop of transfer RNAs (Probable). Modulator of TRAIL-induced cell death via activation of procaspase 8 and BID cleavage. Required for the progression of the apoptotic signal through intrinsic mitochondrial cell death.
