Description
Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (48%), Rat (48%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-59926 (PA5-59926. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
PSG11, also named as PSG13, PSG14, PSBG-11 and PSBG-13, belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily and CEA family. PSBG are produced in high quantity during pregnancy. PSG11 and other PSGs induce dose-dependent secretion of anti-inflammatory cytokines by human monocytes.
