Test Specificity Detects human Pro HGF Activator in direct ELISAs and Western blots. It recognizes only the propeptide region of HGFA precursor, not active HGFA. In Western blots, 100% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse Pro HGFA is observed and less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Factor X and rhThrombin is observed.
