Quantity:
100 μL
Unit Size:
100µL
Description
Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (90%), Rat (90%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-61549 (PA5-61549. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
Component of ribonuclease P, a protein complex that generates mature tRNA molecules by cleaving their 5'-ends (PubMed:11413139, PubMed:30454648). Also a component of the MRP ribonuclease complex, which cleaves pre-rRNA sequences (PubMed:28115465). [UniProt]
