This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-65125 (PA5-65125. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.

PMF1 is part of the MIS12 complex which is required for normal chromosome alignment and segregation and kinetochore formation during mitosis. It may act as a cotranscription partner of NFE2L2 involved in regulation of polyamine-induced transcription of SSAT.
