Recombinant Protein

Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (44%), Rat (44%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-61402 (PA5-61402. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.

PAR6G involved in asymmetrical cell division and cell polarization processes. PAR6G may play a role in the formation of epithelial tight junctions. The PARD6-PARD3 complex links GTP-bound Rho small GTPases to atypical protein kinase C proteins.
