Quantity:
100 μL
Unit Size:
100µL
Description
Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (31%), Rat (31%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-51940 (PA5-51940. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
PAGE1 belongs to a family that are expressed in a variety of tumors but not in normal tissues, except for the testis. Nothing is presently known about the function of this protein. This gene belongs to a family of genes that are expressed in a variety of tumors but not in normal tissues, except for the testis. Unlike the other gene family members, this gene does not encode an antigenic peptide. Nothing is presently known about the function of this protein.
