Quantity:
100 μL
Unit Size:
100µL
Description
Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (88%), Rat (88%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-61119 (PA5-61119. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
NSun6 is an RNA methyltransferase that catalyzes the methylation at position cytosine C72 in some tRNAs. NSUN6 has been reported to localize to the cytoplasm and largely colocalize with Golgi apparatus and pericentriolar matrix, indicating that NSUN6 modifies tRNAs in a late step in their biogenesis. NSun6 may also play a major role in bone metastasis and could be a valuable therapeutic target for bone metastasis.
