Quantity:
100 μL
Unit Size:
100µL
Description
Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (74%), Rat (74%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-67275 (PA5-67275. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
NDUFA9 (NADH dehydrogenase [ubiquinone] 1 alpha subcomplex subunit 9, mitochondrial) is also named as NDUFS2L, CI-39kD and belongs to the complex I NDUFA9 subunit family. It is involved in stabilizing the junction between membrane and matrix arms of complex I, a late assembly step critical for complex I biogenesis and activity.
