Recombinant Protein

Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (98%), Rat (98%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-56628 (PA5-56628. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.

Potassium channels are present in most mammalian cells, where they participate in a wide range of physiologic responses. KCNJ8 is an integral membrane protein and inward-rectifier type potassium channel. KCNJ8, which has a greater tendency to allow potassium to flow into a cell rather than out of a cell, is controlled by G-proteins.Potassium channels are present in most mammalian cells, where they participate in a wide range of physiologic responses.
