In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.

Enhances the promotion of guanine-nucleotide exchange by PSCD2 on ARF6 in a concentration-dependent manner. Target protein binds guanine nucleotide exchange factor cytohesin 2 and increases cytohesin 2 mediated formation of ADP-ribosylation factor GTP-ase.
