Quantity:
100 μL
Unit Size:
100µL
Description
Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (80%), Rat (80%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-59935 (PA5-59935. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
The protein encoded by this gene is a receptor for interleukin 20 (IL20), a cytokine that may be involved in epidermal function. The receptor of IL20 is a heterodimeric receptor complex consisting of this protein and interleukin 20 receptor beta (IL20B). This gene and IL20B are highly expressed in skin. The expression of both genes is found to be upregulated in Psoriasis.
