Assay IFN-a (human interferon alpha) levels in human serum, plasma and tissue culture media with these Thermo Scientific™ Human IFN alpha ELISA Kits (for Serum Samples).

These human IFN alpha ELISA kits use pre-titered, matched pairs of coating and detection antibodies to accurately measure interferon alpha (IFN-α) in samples at 50μL per well. These IFN-α kits are validated for use with human serum, plasma and tissue culture media. Also included are calibrated recombinant protein standard, TMB substrate solution and stop solution.The complete kits contain pre-coated 96-well plate(s) and lot-optimized reagents.
