Quantity:
100 μL
Unit Size:
100µL
Description
Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (78%), Rat (78%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-52228 (PA5-52228. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
Downstream effector protein for Rho-type small GTPases that plays a role in cell polarity and directional migration (PubMed:27807006). Acts as an adapter protein, linking active Rho proteins to STK24 and STK26 kinases, and hence positively regulates Golgi reorientation in polarized cell migration upon Rho activation (PubMed:27807006). Involved in the subcellular relocation of STK26 from the Golgi to cytoplasm punctae in a Rho- and PDCD10-dependent manner upon serum stimulation (PubMed:27807006). [UniProt]
