Quantity:
100 μL
Unit Size:
100µL
Description
Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (33%), Rat (33%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-110833 (PA5-110833. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
STK17A (DRAK1) is a serine/threonine kinase localized in the nucleus and involved in apoptosis. Diseases associated with STK17A include Colon Squamous Cell Carcinoma. Among its related pathways are Sweet Taste Signaling. Gene Ontology (GO) annotations related to this gene include transferase activity, transferring phosphorus-containing groups and protein tyrosine kinase activity. An important paralog of this gene is STK17B.
