Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (77%), Rat (77%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-64477 (PA5-64477. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.

DNASE1L1 encodes a deoxyribonuclease protein that shows high sequence similarity to DNase I. The encoded protein is localized to the endoplasmic reticulum and modified by N-linked glycosylation. Alternate transcriptional splice variants encoding the same protein have been observed.
