Description
Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (28%), Rat (28%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
This gene encodes a regulator of the CDC7-like 1 protein, a serine-threonine kinase which links cell cycle regulation to genome duplication. This protein localizes to the nucleus and its expression is cell cycle-regulated. Alternative splicing of this gene results in two transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
