Recombinant Protein

Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (70%), Rat (70%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-83955 (PA5-83955. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.

Cyclin D2 is a G1 cyclin required for G1 phase progression and is a strong candidate for a proto-oncogene. Cyclin D2 can phosphorylate pRB when associated with cdk 4 and / or cdk 6.
