• Recognizes human CXCL9
• CXCL9 (MIG) is a member of CXC family and plays a role in chemotaxis of immune cells
  • Plays a role to induce chemotaxis, promote differentiation and multiplication of leukocytes and cause tissue extravasation

Process:

• Antibody specific for CXCL9 pre-coated onto microwells
• CXCL9 protein in samples captured by the coated antibody after incubation
• After extensive washing, another antibody of biotinylated specific for CXCL9 is added to detect captured CXCL9 protein
• For signal development, Streptavidin-HRP is added, followed by Tetramethyl-benzidine (TMB) reagent
• Solution containing sulfuric acid used to stop color development and color intensity
  • Proportional to quantity of bound protein, measurable at 450 nm with correction wavelength set at 630 nm
