Invitrogen™ Human Coronin 7 (aa 3-94) Control Fragment Recombinant Protein
Quantity:
100 μL
Unit Size:
100µL
Description
Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (80%), Rat (80%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-62813 (PA5-62813. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
Coronins, such as CORO7, constitute an evolutionarily conserved family of WD-repeat actin-binding proteins. CORO7 plays a role in Golgi complex morphology and function (Rybakin et al., 2004, 2006 [PubMed 15327992] [PubMed 16905771]).
