Quantity:
100 μL
Unit Size:
100µL
Description
Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (40%), Rat (40%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-55846 (PA5-55846. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
C17orf47 Isoform 7 refers to a variant of the C17orf47 gene, located on chromosome 17 (17p13.3). This gene encodes a protein that plays a role in various cellular processes, though its exact functions are still being explored. The gene has several splice variants, with Isoform 7 being one of them, potentially impacting its functional properties. C17orf47 is expressed in multiple tissues, and its expression may vary depending on the tissue type, suggesting a role in tissue-specific cellular functions.
