Quantity:
100 μL
Unit Size:
100µL
Description
Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (93%), Rat (93%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-58796 (PA5-58796. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
SDHAF2, also named asC11orf79, SDHAF2 and SDH5, is a mitochondrial protein needed for the flavination of a succinate dehydrogenase complex subunit required for activity of the complex. SDHAF2 has been shown to be mutated in patients with paragangliomas, also known as familial non-chromaffin paragangliomas type 2.
