Quantity:
100 μL
Unit Size:
100µL
Description
Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (94%), Rat (94%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-51909 (PA5-51909. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
BRPF1 (peregrin) is a component of the MOZ/MORF complex. This complex has histone H3 acetyltransferase activity. BRPF1 preferentially mediates histone H3-K23 acetylation and positively regulates the transcription of RUNX1 and RUNX2. Mutations affecting the gene can result in intellectual developmental disorder with dysmorphic facies and ptosis.
