Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (93%), Rat (93%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-54174 (PA5-54174. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.

BCL9 is involved in signal transduction through the Wnt pathway. It promotes beta-catenin's transcriptional activity. BCL9 is associated with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. The overexpression of BCL9 may be of pathogenic significance in B-cell malignancies.
