Description

Design and Construction

  • Exterior is constructed from sheet steel finished in an easy clean powder coated paint
  • Interior chamber is made from mild steel coated with aluminum (CLAD)
  • Fitted with fixed shelf runners and removable chrome plated wire grid shelves
  • Solid steel door is standard, or a door with an integral viewing window (VIS) can be fitted

Heating and Controls

  • Heated by Incoloy sheathed elements positioned below the chamber floor
  • Microprocessor digital controls or mechanical controls fitted on the side
  • Safety thermostat with calibrated scale and tamper proof lock
  • Includes mains switch with indicator, plus heat and overheat indicators
