HCN3 Polyclonal Antibody, Invitrogen™
Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Brand: Invitrogen PA5111879
Description
Reconstitute antibody with 50 μL of double distilled water (DDW). The reconstituted solution can be stored at 4 degrees C for up to 1 week. For longer periods, small aliquots should be stored at -20 degrees C. Avoid multiple freezing and thawing. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10000 x g 5 min). Peptide sequence is: (C)QRATGDG SPRRKGSGSE R Homology: Human, mouse amino acid residues are identical.
HCN3 is a member of the family of hyperpolarization-activated and cyclic-nucleotide-gated (HCN) channels. HCN currents have been linked to pacemaker activity in the heart and brain, resting potential control, as well as neuronal plasticity. HCN3 has been detected in the brain, but with less expression than other HCN channels.
