Description

The 36-7-5 antibody reacts with the H-2K[k] MHC class I alloantigen. Cross-reactivity with splenocytes of SJL/Hsd mice has not been observed by flow cytometric analysis. Reactivity with other haplotypes (e.g., b, d, q) has not been observed. This antibody is routinely tested by flow cytometric analysis. Other applications were tested at BD Biosciences Pharmingen during antibody development only or reported in the literature.
