Percent identity with other species by BLAST analysis: Human, Chimpanzee, Gorilla, Gibbon (100%); Monkey (95%); Marmoset, Mouse, Bat, Bovine, Elephant, Panda, Rabbit (89%); Dog, Hamster, Horse, Pig (84%). For IHC(P), use heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen.

GPR15 expression has been reported in CD4(+) T lymphocytes, alveolar macrophages, and the basal surface of the small intestinal epithelium. ESTs have been isolated from normal brain and kidney cancer libraries.
