Native purified Escherichia coli Galactosidase-beta.

This product is suitable for use as a precipitating antibody. It gives sharp precipitin lines in immunoelectrophoresis and immunodiffusion techniques. This product is specially prepared for the detection and purification of recombinant proteins. It shows reactivity to beta-galactosidase and is tested by Western or dot blot to ensure monospecificity using lysates of D-lac and strain 3.3 of E. coli.
Store at 4°C. For long term storage store at -20°C.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
