Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

In Western blot applications, this antibody detects a band at ~52kDa. A suggested positive control is Hela cell lysate. PA5-19874 can be used with blocking peptide PEP-0254.

GFRa-2 binds NTN and mediates activation of RET receptor tyrosine kinase by both NTN and GDNF. Thus, NTN, GFRa-2, and the Ret PTK form a complex to transduce NTN signal and to mediate NTN function.
