Perform fast sizing and approximate quantification of high molecular weight double-stranded DNA on agarose gels.

GeneRuler High Range DNA Ladder is recommended for fast sizing and approximate quantification of high molecular weight double-stranded DNA on agarose gels (in 1.5hour, 0.4%agarose gel). The ladder is a mixture of chromatography-purified individual DNA fragments.

GeneRuler High Range DNA Ladder can be labeled radioactively with T4 Polynucleotide Kinase (seeProtocol in the Resources.)

The ladder is supplied with 6X DNA Loading Dye for sample DNA.
