Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. Luciferase produces green light with the wavelength of 562 nm. Luciferase catalyzes the reaction: D-firefly luciferin + O2 + ATP = firefly oxyluciferin + CO2 + AMP + diphosphate + light.
