Description

Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 μg/mL. Positive Control - WB: HELA whole cell, 293T whole cell, SKOV whole cell, A549 whole cell. Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

FES (FPS) is a tyrosine protein kinase that is required for maintenance of cellular transformation. Its chromosomal location is linked to a specific translocation event identified in patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia, and it is also involved in normal hematopoiesis. Alternative splicing results in multiple variants encoding different isoforms.
