Household and commercial refrigerators and freezers are not suitable for such material; they have components in their electrical and refrigeration systems that can trigger explosions of flammable air-vapor mixtures inside the unit.

FMS units are designed, evaluated and comply with the ATEX Directive 94/9/EC Annex VIII.
