Use 384-well filter plates with proprietary size-exclusion membranes to retain sequencing products while excess dye terminator is removed quickly and efficiently. Fully automatable kits rinse away unincorporated dye terminator without the need for binding and eluting protocols.

  • Recovered sequencing products are highly purified and result in long, accurate sequencing reads
  • Protocols are optimized for use with BigDye™ Terminator version 3.0, 3.1, 1.1 and ET Terminator sequencing chemistries
  • Sequencing products may be resuspended in any aqueous electrokinetic injection buffer
  • Plates are suitable for use with 1/8 sequencing reactions, reducing reagent costs by miniaturization
