Manufactured to the highest specification using only the best materials and optical components. Bellingham + Stanley™ Eclipse Hand Held Refractometer is a low-cost, portable instrument used for on-the-spot determination of Refractive Index of liquids or the concentration of solutions.

The Eclipse professional-grade range of scales are available for general use in a variety of applications, with special models available, such as Low Volume Brix models to facilitate measurement of samples of less than 1μL that are used by botanists and zoologists for measuring nectar. All instruments are supplied with a soft carrying case and instructions for use.

These reliable and robust refractometers are sealed against the ingress of water with IP65 construction, so they can be used in the harshest of environments. The large body housing and rubber handgrip make the instrument incredible easy to handle. Special features make measurements easy and reliable:
