Description

Highly intense signal output for detection of medium to very low protein levels. Cytiva ECL Select Western Blotting Detection Reagent is a high sensitivity reagent for chemiluminescent Western blotting detection. Includes Luminol and Peroxide solutions, sufficient for 1000cm2 membrane.

High signal intensity makes ECL Select suitable for the most demanding Western blotting applications, allowing for detection of minute protein quantities. Its long lasting signals allow for multiple exposures and a convenient time window between experiment and analysis. Signals can be detected with CCD camera or X-ray film.
