Description

Flange-rolling tool that uses mechanical force to create flanges in PTFE and PTFE-like tubes. Vici Valco Instruments™ Easy-Flange Kit does not require any electrical power.

  • Flange formation in PTFE and PTFE-like tubing without electrical power
  • Suitable for tubes with OD between 1/16 in. and 1/8 in.
  • Flange quality is improved because flanges are formed without applying heat stress
  • Specially designed negative conical profile of the flange forming part provides an ideal shape for maximum sealing properties
