The E-Gel Power Snap Camera is designed for quick and effortless E-Gel agarose gel image capture and documentation when used with E-Gel Power Snap Electrophoresis Device (G8100)*. The cable-free, easy-to-dock E-Gel Power Snap Camera seamlessly integrates into the device, enabling instant image capture during the run without interruption of the workflow.
The E-Gel Power Snap Camera is optimized for use with E-Gel EX, E-Gel SYBR Safe, E-Gel Go!, E-Gel CloneWell II, and E-Gel SizeSelect II gels, and is not compatible with ethidium bromide stained gels.

Capture high-resolution E-Gel agarose gel images on the go with the easy-to-use E Gel Power Snap Camera. The camera is directly docked to the E-Gel Power Snap Electrophoresis Device, requiring no external power supply or connection to a desktop computer. This enables the freedom to capture images instantly, on the spot, without leaving the bench.
Effortless use
This high-resolution digital color camera automatically captures E-Gel agarose gel images at optimal exposure settings without the need for focusing or image/gel adjustments. The auto-exposed image can be fine-tuned manually if needed.
Made for convenience
The integrated E-Gel Power Snap Camera touchscreen and onboard software provide an intuitive interface for quick gel image capture and editing. Store images using the Power Snap internal memory storage through months of camera use or easily transfer the images to an external USB memory device.
Freedom to walk away
The E-Gel Power Snap Camera features an automatic gel capture workflow. This enables the capture of multiple images at various time intervals after you have walked away. Find all of your images stored in internal image gallery when you return.
