Manufactured and tested in accordance with ASTM D4052 for testing of density or relative density (specific and API gravity).

  • Density reference standard, density reference material
  • Tested by vibrational densitometer and can be used as a calibration or control standard for density measurement by vibrational or hydrometer (specific gravity) based techniques.
  • Reagecon holds ISO 17025 Accreditation for testing density standards using vibrational densitometers (INAB Ref: 264T).
  • The product is prepared gravimetrically on a weight/weight basis.
  • Both solute and solvent are weighed on a balance calibrated by OIML traceable weights.
  • Reagecon holds ISO 17025 Accreditation for calibration of laboratory balances (INAB Ref: 265C).
  • The resulting Balance Certificate of Calibration is issued in accordance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025.
  • The density of the product is established and certified using high performance calibrated vibrational densitometers.
