Catalytic activity: (3Z)-dodec-3-enoyl-CoA = (2E)-dodec-2-enoyl-CoA. Pathway: Lipid metabolism; fatty acid beta-oxidation. Subunit structure: Homotrimer. Subcellular location: Mitochondrion matrix.
