Description

Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

MA5-13730 targets Cytokeratin 16 in immunofluorescence and immunohistochemistry (paraffin) applications and shows reactivity with Human samples. Staining of formalin/paraffin tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10-20 minutes followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes. The MA5-13730 immunogen is a synthetic peptide from the C-terminus of human cytokeratin 16.

Cytokeratin 16 Monoclonal antibody specifically detects Cytokeratin 16 in Human samples. It is validated for Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin), Western Blot.
